Scriptures Burned at Ammonihah are records containing “the holy scriptures” that Ammonihah’s persecutors cast into a fire. They brought forth the records and “cast them into the fire also, that they might be burned and destroyed by fire” (Alma 14:8).
The persecutors also brought together wives and children and cast into the fire those who believed or had been taught to believe in the word of God (Alma 14:8).
