Armor

Armor is worn by those who “put on their armor, and went forth against the Lamanites”. They gathered themselves together again before putting on their armor (Mosiah 21:7).

They “were not armed with breastplates, nor shields” and were afraid because of the Nephites’ armor (Alma 43:21). He “fastened on his head-plate, and his breastplate, and his shields” and girded armor about his loins (Alma 46:13).

Gidgiddoni caused that they should make weapons of war of every kind. He caused that they should “be strong with armor, and with shields, and with bucklers” (3 Nephi 3:26).
